How long did it take to get EAD (I765 and I131)

    How long did it take to get EAD (I765 and I131)

    Hello, everyone!
    I was just wondering how long it took for you guys to get your EAD. USCIS website says that with National Benefits Center it takes 5 to 7 months. Has anyone gotten theirs earlier or later than that?

    07/24/18- Documents received
    11/16- I-485,765 and 131rejected
    12/22- New I-485, 765 and 131 sent
    12/27- Documents delivered at 10 am (UPS)
    01/14- Credit Card was charged
    01/14- text messages for I-485 and I-131
    01/22- Received form I-765 back. Got rejected due to incorrect fee??
    01/23-Submitted I-765 again.
    01/31- Early Biometrics appointment
    02/01- Fingerprint Review was completed
    07/30- case is ready to be scheduled for ...
    08/31-EAD in hands
    10/22- Interview (approved)

    Maybe 1 month later you will get approved for EAD

    2/22: rejection because immigration visa is not available
    2/26: explanation letter, sent again
    2/28: PD
    3/14: 3 text message, check cashed out
    3/21: received 3 NOA by mail
    3/29: Biometric done
    4/23: Biometric done second time
    4/24: I485 - Case is Ready to Be Scheduled Interview
    7/30: request I765 case out of normal processing time start at SR...
    8/29: call and officer request another service start at T1B...
    9/5: received email card production

      I got EAD/AP in 4 months from Nebraska.

        Going on 7 months and still waiting. Your field office should not matter.

        * 12/05/18 - "Fingerprint Review was Completed" i-485 and i-765
        * 02/27/19 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" i-485
        * 02/28/19 - Received the i-693 Courtesy Letter
        * 05/20/19 - 2 NoAs for i-765 and i-131 in mailbox
        * 05/22/19 - Combo Card in hand

          My husband got his EAD after roughly 90 days from PD. We are Northern Virginia filers. See my timeline below.

          4/5/19 email for 1765/I131 approved
          4/10/19 EAD/AP combo card + SSN card in hand
          11/8/19 email interview scheduled
          12/10/19 interview
          12/30/19 dropped off RFE (medic exam)
          1/3/20 email card is in production

            That was not too bad. I don't have a PD for these two forms. It came blank. I am just counting the date on my USCIS account that says they received my application.

                        NSTJ18 go to User Settings - Account and make sure the Show Signatures option is selected.

                          I hit 7.5 months yesterday and still waiting. Marriage based through NBC.
                          Marriage to USC, B2 Visitor AOS filed at NBC
                          Concurrent i485, i130, i765, i131
                          9/27/2018: RD/PD
                          10/2/2018: Fingerprint Fee
                          10/4/2018: Notice Date all
                          10/12/2018: Bio Notice Date
                          10/29/2018: Bio Appt
                          2/7/2019: i693 Courtesy Letter date
                          3/12/2019: i485 Ready to be scheduled for interview
                          5/3/2019: second i765 Out of normal processing time SR
                          5/15/2019: raised ombudsman SR
                          5/20/2019: EAD was mailed day 235

                              - Interview Notice: 10/03/2019
                              - Case Approved: 10/04/2019
                              - Card in hand: 10/10/2019
                              (374 days of DOL/I-140 and 356 days of AOS = 730 days of Green Card Process)
