I feel you, they sent me RFE without reason waste of time, they don't read or papers get lost in office,
also there is another office in New jersey: Mount Laurel just wondering why they don't send people over there to help out , I don't mind going further .

IAM married to an USC I received my EAd in nov and my case been ready to be scheduled for an interview since November 8th in Newark.

The disorganization is what’s costing me my patience. I heard it’s a POSSIBLE 6 month wait for an EAD via their office. Am disgusted.

It’s true. I was considering it when the time comes & the Lawyer said no, don’t spend money thinking me being there makes a difference, you’ll just get scrutinized for the fact you feel you need me there. Makes the IO suspicious.
What the the Lawyer is doing is giving us a mock interview so we can be comfortable during the process.

Wow some of you are moving so fast. We are at 11 months and no interview scheduled. Really annoyed with this process!! It took almost 6 months to get our EAD and AP. My daughter (usc) turned 21 last March and has sponsored my husband and I. We both work here under TN visa, for many years. Now have to send in a renewal of AP and EAD. We had a lawyer file all our paperwork and the package was very complete. Just don’t get it!
