I received the notice today and the reason was that I did not submit the support affidavit and that's why they denied my case without issuing any RFE. The only option I have now is to submit I290B to reconsider the case (along with justification and the missing documents) within 30 days or leave the country. I'm going to consult a lawyer. Although I'm not very hopeful that they are going to change their decision but we'll see what we can do.

Amyz, am sad that they didn’t even give you a chance! Please exhaust every avenue to get the results you deserve. Keep us updated, in my prayers

So today, I got an SMS and an email stating that my cases have been denied. It includes I485, I131 and I765. I am devastated, broken and don't know what to do. They will send me the notice explaining the reason.

Oh NO!!! That is devastating!!! I am so sorry to hear this. Please let us know what the reason for denial was! I hope you can re-apply???

Absolutely no idea. I did not get any RFE, no interview nor any notice regarding interview. Let's see what they say in the notice.

Yes BUT We have our EAD Cards until such time. Praying this virus goes sooner rather than later
