Today I got the yellow letter for the Medical form I693.

I filed in July 8th... my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview since December 6th but no EAD yet.

Document mailed to USCIS June 10, 2019 (I-485, I-130, I-130 and I-765)

PD June 11, 2019 (received texts because I filed the G-1145)

Aug 22, 2019 I-485 "case ready to be schedule for an Interview" nothing else to date.

Oct 31, 2019. Case updates on I-765

Nov. 1, 2019 1-130 and I-765 case approved

Nov 3, 2019 -I-765 "New card is being produced."

Nov. 5, 2019 I-765 Card was mailed to you.

Nov. 6 UPS Picked up your card.
(Got tracking number from UPS in Nov.6)
Nov. 7, 2019Had some issues with UPS as they tried to deliver and the roads to my house were blocked. Got a notification that attempted delivery failed (I freaked out at that time because I didn't know it was due to the road blockage.) Called the post office and sort that out.

Nov. 8 card in hand

My conclusion from 3 cases I know of in 2018 at Newark Field Office if all is well with your case EAD is within 4 to 5 and Interview is 9 to 10 months. From their experiences they got notification late Feb 2019 for their interviews in April 2019. By coincidence all three cases filed June 2018 and got EAD approval in Nov. 2018. So my timeline so far matches their to the T. All three cases got the GC within a month aftwr their interviews. One was approved on the spot as her marriage was over two years. The other two had to be reviewed by got answers soon after.

Praying my interview comes way before April. Newark field office tend to separate couples and ask alot of questions.

I can only wish that it's true. My EAD has been pending for 145 days (4 months and 22 days) and there is still no sign of any mail or notification. This process is nerve-wracking.

Hello, need some help
Yesterday I received a RFE for the affidavit if support, last year my husband did not work a lot so he dint meet, so I use all of his pay stubs of this year and I did like a forecast according what he has been doing and it was more that the requirements... I have till Feb 29 to submit my evidence.
My question is should I wait till my husband submit this year income?, the year to date he have is more than the requirement which it was close of I expected or Should I look for a co- sign?
