From the information I gave her, she saw nothing so she advised me to fill it out and mail it in to my local office. I’ll do that as a just in case.

WhaT is going on this is really depressing.
I understand how difficult the wait is. Our PD was October 7 and we only just got the EAD approved last week. Before that, nothing. It was 6 months to the day. Hang in there. It looks like they are finally catching up to our filing month so your time should come very soon!

Yes, we sent the medical with the original package back in October, and the letter says "request for evidence", however, it just showed up on our mailbox. We never got an update on our online status and the funny thing is that my name on tne envelope is written in ink. We are sending everything tomorrow, signature delivery, hoping to get good news soon! Thank you for your suggestion. We don't have retirement accounts but we do have our DLs with our same address so that might be something to add!

Did the letter from the field office arrive as an RFE or did it just show up? Sorry so many questions, but this really exciting for you guys (and the rest of us lol).

As far as what you are sending in response, it looks like you have covered everything. The only other thing I can think of would be if either of you have retirement or other accounts that might list the spouse as a beneficiary? Also any kind of health directives/power of attorney? Copy of DL's or ID's that list the same address? This is all extra stuff of course. As CuriousKat said, don't overthink it too much. It looks like your response is pretty darn complete already and I'm sure all will be great!

Hi everybody! So last week my husband and I received a letter from our local field office. They want us to mail them the evidence we were going to show at the interview. We had everything ready (because they cancelled us the day before). This is what we have:
    exhibit 1: proof of relationship
    - marriage certificate
    - text messages between 2018 and 2020
    - Emails between me and his mom talking about wedding preparations.
    - three affidavits of relationship: two written by his friends and one by my mom
    - vet bill
    - car and health insurance.
    - Amazon account

Exhibit two: proof of financial comingling
    - 2019 tax returns
    - joint bank account statements
    - me as an authorized user on his account

    Exhibit three: proof of cohabitation
    - Lease with both our names
    - a note by the landlord stating he pays our utilities
    - photocopy of random mail coming to the house

54 photos total. Some of our every day life and some of our wedding. What worries me is that we don't have many pictures with family and friends other than those at the wedding. Oh well...

Any suggestions as to what we are sending?
