I also received the RFE for Birth certificate. They don't seem to like what I sent in the form of the NABC,
I am freaking out. What response did you send them?

hello nomoreh1. did your status updated to show fingerprints were taken prior to changing to RFE sent? I mean did you receive an update to show your biometric is done? thank you

I'm sorry to say that if they ask for a Birth Certificate and you send the same documents that you originally sent you are more likely to not comply with the request. Some times they misplace the document but other times the received birth certificate does not comply with what they want. I can only say good luck if you can't get a new/different birth certificate.

Yes my fingerprints were updated . But i saw it on the online uscis status checker, but didnot recieve a text

Thnx enub4, I am not sure what to send. I think from the language it appears that they dont think the NABC is valid. They are asking that the word registrar of birth be present. Whereas in india it appears that the deputy health officer can issue the form. There is a delhi govt website which states that. I am feeling rather stressed. Will calling them for clarification help?

Update to my case:

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On February 27, 2020, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY XX and will mail it to the address you gave us.

I’m so happy it went so fast My office field is Newark, NJ,
I know it says 30 days in e-mail, but how long you think it can take till my EAD comes? There is a chance to get it in like 2 weeks or so?

EDIT: Today got e-mail that they mailed my EAD i’m hoping it comes this week or after the weekend max, so i can finally start working

Not yet. They received my RFE last week Tuesday. So nerve wrecking since people who didn't get RFEs are already moving to interview stage...

Interview scheduled on 02/20/2020
Interview date is 03/26/2020
New card being produced(ead) 03/05/2020
Case approved (765&131) 03/06/2020
Waiting for my combo card delivered next week so I can back to work

I am confused because I did an interview before my i130 approved. That interview was exactly the same with i485 interview. Some how now I have to attend at i485 interview too. Does it normal? I heard someone said that this interview will be much easier and quicker.
Also, my field office is Sacramento but maybe due to the workload, they transfer my case to Fresno Field Office.
