This is incorrect. The law is clear conditional if married less than 2 years. No conditions if married more than 2 years. -
Had my interview yesterday and I got approved on a spot for 10 years green card10/02/19 AOS Package received.
11/01/19 Biometrics completed.
01/22/20 I-765 "Case was approved"
01/23/20 Form I-485 "Interview was scheduled"
01/27/20 Interview letter notice.
01/29/20 EAD Card in hand.
03/04/20 "Interview completed but my case must be reviewed"
03/05/20 "New Card is being Produced"Comment
