    filing for I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131 currently as well.

we filed everything ourselves and forgot the biometrics fee first time around- lost about a month time with the rejection and submission.
    2nd time around:
May 19 Mailed package to Chicago
    May 23 Received by USCIS
June 4 Checks cashed first then received texts for receipt at night
    June 8 NOA Received in mail for I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131

also noted is we submitted 2 hard cover photo book with removable photos (clipped together so it was easy to remove)- both were sent back to us stating they are not in a format that can be placed in the file for review...
curious as to whether this happened to anyone else before and what formats did you all send in photo evidence?
Photo evidence of what? Your wedding?

    My Timeline:

5/15: Filed I140/I485/I765/I131 concurrent (Employment Based) for myself and spouse
5/18: Received at USCIS Texas lockbox
6/1: Reject notices received for all, except I-140, due to missing I-944
6/4: Re-filed and received I485/I765/I131/I944 at USCIS lockbox
    6/25: Received NOA receipts
7/25: Received ASC biometric appointment notices for myself and my wife, scheduled for 8/03
    8/3: Biometrics completed
8/4: Case status updated to "Finger prints applied"

Has anyone received a receipt notice or has uscis cached any checks from may 23 and after?

      Here is my background.
I married my wife who is a green card holder and we send a full AOS packet with a check of 1760$ to Chicago lockbox.

The package arrived at 23th of May and since then the check has not been cached and we haven't received any notification or mail. I called uscis and they told me that i need to send an email to them and ask information about my case. I did that yesterday but i want to confirm if there are any other people sailing in my boat.

      Thanks all!
      07/07/2020 Application sent to USCIS
      23/07/2020 Checks have been cleared
28/07/2020 Received 4 NOA receipts in the mail
06/08/2020 RFIE arrived at the mail (photocopy of Birth Certificate was required with original stamps)
25/08/2020 USCIS received RFIE and started to process again the application.

We are in the same exact situation.

The first submittal used an old version of the I-864, and was rejected. I submitted my I-130 online in early may. After receiving the I-130 receipt, there has been no change to its status.

We used the rejection to clean up some of the forms, switching to I-864EZ and credit-card payment. The updated packet was delivered on 3 June 2020. There has been no charge to the credit card, and no rejection. We did "standard" flat rate shipping, so we didn't get any sort of delivery signature.

One of the USCIS online-chat agents said to email the lockbox after 15 days (from a gmail address). We did that, but there was no reply at all. I'm convinced nobody checks the lockbox support email address. We online-chatted again with USCIS, and they said to call their phone agents. The phone agent on the phone 30 days from delivery.

Our doctor didn't want to reseal the returned I-693 (which the lockbox had opened), so we paid about half-price to her to recreate it. We did not send it in this time (and know we have 60 days to do so from the sealing date), since we are afraid of it being unsealed if the lockbox rejects it again. We plan to send it to the service center to which our application is forwarded.

Rafael1993, Since you filed on May 23 and it's been more than 30 days, you should email [email protected] with an inquiry. Tell them your full name, what forms you submitted, where you submitted it, any tracking numbers for the packages, your A-number if you have one, etc.

We just received a pending credit card charge notification for our application ($1225), so I'm assuming it's soon to be accepted. We have not yet received email/SMS/mail receipts, but now expect those soon. I'll update my tracker entry when that happens. Our I-485 was delivered 3 June 2020, and it's now 24 June 2020. Our I-130 was filed electronically 3 May 2020. Our experience is that rejection is fast, but acceptance takes weeks. Based on dates in the June 2020 thread, they do not accept things in the order received (not FIFO).

Rafael1993, If it's been >=30 days, phone the USCIS 1-800 number, and give them your information. Do the "Get case status info, and I don't know the receipt number" to talk to a person. Ask them what happens if you double-file.

Thanks for the update. I am just waiting for my credit card to be charge too. I am very anxious about this. However, mine was delivered on the 13th of June. Base on Pigrew timeline, I have hope. Then again they soon seen to process applications in order they were received.
