I am in exactly the same situation now. Married to LPR on B2 visa. Sent the package to Chicago lockbox on 06/18 (delivered date) and received nothing since then (day 31 today). I am wondering whether USCIS is now slowing down F2A applications ...

        Mailed the applications today.
USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.

Indeed But I think my situation is worse, as my B2 via is expiring soon. Do you think it makes sense to file a B2 extension in this case? Thanks!

              Hey there,

It took them more than a month too to withdraw the money and send me receipts back in March, you should send a message to the lockbox support, I received everything a few days after I did so.
Not that it changed anything really, I (and most of March and April filers) have not seen any progress on my application ever since. No biometrics, no EAD, no AP.

I think they've been slowing down ALL applications and it's about to get way worse in a couple of weeks unless they get their billion.

Anyways, good luck everyone, have a nice day!

Thank you for the information! Really appreciate it! I did send an email to the lockbox support a about a week ago. However, I haven't heard anything back yet. I perhaps should send a follow-up message to them now given that it is more than 30 days since the delivery of my package ...

Hi Hope every one is doing good.

I have a question if some one (beneficiary ) took some benefits in 2018. Do one have to mention that in I944 form.

                          Thanks

Yes, if it is one of the benefits below. See Item Number 16 of the I-944 Instructions.

I found this useful guide about I-944. Would recommend reading carefully, and also definitely go through form instructions.
