For those waiting for a response whether USCIS has initiated your case. Here is a tip for you. Check the back of your checks (in your mobile account) after they are cashed by USCIS. I can see that they cashed two checks, and they put the case number there as they endorse them. I check the case number and it says that they received my app. So I have not even had an SMS text yet.

this is also depends on the bank of your check and the way uscis cash your check. My case was i couldnt see the images of my check, and i called the bank, they told me was because uscis cashed my check electronically, not vis paper check submission.

Just put it out here, so if you cannot get your receipt number through this way, you have to just wait a few more days the way i did. but if you are luck to get the number, then just remember to add the last number and you will have all the case numbers. for example, if the number on the back of your check is MSCxxxxx01, and you submit 4 forms(485, 130, 131, and 765) then your other 3 case number will be 02, 03 and 04.

Have you called/emailed the lockbox. I also filed i-140 & i-1-485 concurrently at the Dallas Lockbox on 09/21. I have already received my receipts.

What i read was they only put one number for the whole package(most likely its the i485 case number), so just add the last number and you can "figure out" all your case number! haha

22 Days since my package was received and still no payment taken from credit card/notifications... I sent it to the Chicago Lockbox. Should I be worried?

9/14/2020 - Application received by USCIS (Chicago Lockbox) - I-485, I-864EZ, I-944, I-765, I-131 (No I-130 as I'm applying after K-1)

I plan on calling tomorrow. I am starting to get worried as other people are getting responses.

I think we’re on the same boat about receipt issue but I have a quick question.

I sent my I485, I765 to Uscis Chicago lockbox and it got delivered on 09/16/2020, the I864 was delivered 09/18/2020. Since then, I’ve gotten no confirmation or notice from Uscis. I’ve called twice, they didn’t find nothing on their system. I was also asked to mail lockbox support which I did, and no response.

Recently I’ve seen that the I944 has been reinstated, should I submit the I944 (already filled and all documents gathered) while I wait for receipt of my 485 or just wait for a RFE or maybe a rejection of the forms.

Just a small update..Received hard copy mails of 4 NOAs on all forms ten minutes ago..priority date Sep 22 2020..Letter came from NBC, does this mean they are the ones processing the case? Thought it would be sent to field office..

The National benefit center will process your EAD, AP and going through all the paper work, making sure they have everything they need before they send your case to your local fo. fo taking care of the bio stuff and interviews.
