Anyone hitting 60 days after fingerprint fee was accepted? I know it is a waiting game..Looks like I might just hit 90 days before bio letter arrives..Good luck everyone...

1. 9/8/2020 - Application sent to USCIS Chicago lockbox using UPS (I130, I130a, I485, I765, I131. Did not file I-944)
2. 9/11/2020 - Application received by USCIS
3. 9/18/2020 - Checks cashed by USCIS
4. 9/21/2020 - Received 4 text messages from USCIS with the 4 receipt numbers. The receipt numbers starts with MSC.
5. 9/26/2020 - Received 4 I-797s corresponding to the NOAs. PD is 9/11/2020.

Yeah - it's frustrating as everyone I know who had done it a year or so ago would have had their Bio Letter instantly. But it looks like it's a waiting game....

Hello everyone, my wife (USC) and I just moved to a new address. We filed a concurrent AOS application back in September, and have our receipt number. I was able to change the address for I-485, 765 and 131 online successfully. However, we were not able to update I-130 address successfully online. I assume my wife has to notify them since she is the petitioner, but we do not know how to go about it. Would anyone know how we have to do it? Thanks!

also would call them to confirm that they have the right address for all the applications. i know calling them is a lot of work, but its better to call them and make sure they have the right address now than later they mail it to a wrong address and you try to call them.

Wow. congrats... By any chance did you file I944 as well along with your initial submission.... I havent done it,, just completed my Biometrics...

Oct 5th 2020: Received NOA receipts via USPS mail.
Nov 20th 2020: Received biometric appointment for Dec 8th.
Dec 8th 2020: biometric done
