Where did you send yours and for what type? Ours is AOS through marriage sent to a Chicago lockbox, been 23 days now, still waiting.

Mine was recieved the day before yours in chicago and i got my txts last night on day 23

sorry to hear the rejection. USCIS now requires a separate fee for advance parole documents. If you are applying for one, were you asked to include the fee in your resubmission?

I finally received my case numbers today after 53 days of waiting.

to my knowledge you don’t pay for I-131 if you are filing it along I-485, says it on their website.

sorry to hear that. when did you submit your application . Can I ask what was the mistake that they rejected your form. I filed on 9/28, also have 2-3 small mistakes, no update yet. worries after reading your post

Rejected because the "priority date could not be established". It sounds confusing but basically means I filed I-485 wrong. I checked 2a (Filing as an immediate relative of a US Citizen) instead of 2c (Filing after being admitted with K-1).

I called USCIS to see what the best course of action is, and they told me to simply check the correct box on the original form and send it right back.

If your check hasn't been cashed 3 weeks after they received your file, I think you might get a rejection letter. It is just from my own experience though.

I got the rejection letter yesterday (10/21). There was a small mistake on I-485. I refiled yesterday via FedEx. Let's see how long it takes this time.

September 24, 2020 - Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record signed by a civil surgeon
September 26, 2020 - Package Mailed to USCIS
September 29 2020 - Package recieved and signed for
October 21 2020 - 4 text notifications received (730pm weds)
