Same here, we sent to Chicago Lockbox, paid vía cashier’s check. We called the bank issuer on Friday and they told us the cashier’s check hasn’t been cashed.

what date did yours arrive at the lockbox?

day 20 since uscis recieved the packet and no notifications of receipt. I cant even see if the paymeny has been cashed as i payed via money order :/

Thanks for the input everyone, I'll keep waiting to receive receipts and other notifications. The first time I called USCIS, I was told by the agent that it's better to send documents using ups as the USPS is dropped at a box. I couldn't make much sense of that explanation, and she said USPS typically takes 15-30 days to get put in the system. I was shocked and said, okay!

I tried calling and they told me to email the Lockbox support. I did a few days ago and received no response yet. I am not sure about refiling I-944. I plan on just camping for now.

dont send anything uscis didnt ask! only send when you get a RFE, you will need to put the RFE letter on top of your documents in order to let it process correctly. im also waiting for my 944 RFE cus i didnt send my with my initial package. lets all camp here lol

In my case 4 receipt texts took about 20 days to receive..If it gets to 30 days contact USCIS...One of the posts in this thread shows you how to contact them..

I tried calling and they told me to email the Lockbox support. I did a few days ago and received no response yet. I am not sure about refiling I-944. I plan on just camping for now.

That sounds like the right approach. If they want an I-944, they will send an RFE. Sending it before being asked might complicate it more (I am guessing here).

I think we’re on the same boat about receipt issue but I have a quick question.

I sent my I485, I765 to Uscis Chicago lockbox and it got delivered on 09/16/2020, the I864 was delivered 09/18/2020. Since then, I’ve gotten no confirmation or notice from Uscis. I’ve called twice, they didn’t find nothing on their system. I was also asked to mail lockbox support which I did, and no response.

Recently I’ve seen that the I944 has been reinstated, should I submit the I944 (already filled and all documents gathered) while I wait for receipt of my 485 or just wait for a RFE or maybe a rejection of the forms.

The National benefit center will process your EAD, AP and going through all the paper work, making sure they have everything they need before they send your case to your local fo. fo taking care of the bio stuff and interviews.

Just a small update..Received hard copy mails of 4 NOAs on all forms ten minutes ago..priority date Sep 22 2020..Letter came from NBC, does this mean they are the ones processing the case? Thought it would be sent to field office..

Yes. I spoke with the Tier2 agent, they couldn't find anything in their system. Also, emailed the lockbox facility, but no response so far.

Any other ways to know if the application is lost?

I hope the lockbox responds to you positively. I don't know if there is any other way to find out.
