I am not sure if they would take it negatively if we contact them too often but I agree it doesn't help. In my case I contact them every 2 weeks probably and now I am even more confused because first they said case has been transferred and now they are saying its not so I dont know how reliable contacting them is anyway.

Hoping that their processing speed increases soon and the increased visa numbers don't go waste.

I have a friend who applied one day before I did, same FO and NBC. His EAD /AP got approved but no word on Medical RFE . USCIS is not consistent at all I am sure you know that , At the end of live agent chat they ask for your email ID and phone number don't they . so I will recommend not to ask every week, I asked them once but after I did not ask and let the things happen . My personal opinion there has been 85000, I 485 application between Oct and December 2020, all these applications will be processed before sept 30th 2021 as it lies well within their capacity .

Between July and September, things will move fast .

According to the latest update on youtube form Charlie Oppenhiem, 100k+ visas are likely to go waste. So retrogression seems likely, IMO.

I know the FO is San Francisco, category is C09 adjust of status by marriage.
how can I check the processing time estimate for this category?

Do you know when your case was transferred to the Field office? What category are you in?
Mine is EB3 My PD Oct 28 2020, bio Feb 2021. Case transferred from NBC to Santa Ana field office Jun 1 2021 but I dont't have any update, not even "Case was transferred.." Or "Case is ready for an interview...' Still shows 'Fingerprint was updated..." only. I only know they transferred it after calling USCIS. Not sure what is going on here.

Hi, I have been connecting to live chat through EMMA every Monday to know whether my case get transferred to FO or not, USCIS representative always says my case is with NBC in progress and also suggested all FO works under NBC and it shouldn't be required to transfer to FO. But I am not sure that every case should mandatory to get transferred from NBC to FO. My priority date is 03/01/2019 and submitted on 10/28/2020 and still waiting. Hope we all get through this wait soon.

Also, have another question, would it be tracked if we talk to live representative through EMMA often and does it have any impact or cause delay in processing, I am getting weird questions waiting for a long time..

That's another weird part. USCIS agents kept telling me that your case is at Raleigh field office but now the saying it's at NBC and there is no record of it was transferred to field office ever. Don't know what to believe.
