Any insight on the new processing time calculator being used since November 1st….as I posted last month, am still waiting for an update on my EAD and with the new processing time calculator it’s very hard to even come up with an approximate timeline for I-765….Can any expert help me out here ? October end the tabular column showed last week of January 2021 being processed for i765 in the C9 category and then November 1st it moved back to November 2020 for NBC….am just loosing hope on EAD as well now….EB3 dates moved back to 2012 and my GC journey is just extended like the daily serials

It was a EB1C. It was a Medical RFE . Had Sent it to the office on the 17th of Oct.

My PD is Jan 2013 and I got I-140 EB2 approved few years ago. Last year I downgraded to EB3 and did concurrent filing for I-485. My I-140 was never approved and is still in pending state and so is I-765, I-131 etc.

As my EB2 I-140 is already approved, if i withdraw my I-140 EB3 application will i automatically go to EB2 queue? Sorry if it's a stupid question

Thanks for sharing the updates. I am in a similar situation waiting for I140 approval for EB3 downgrade. Waiting for responses on I765, I131 as well.

To answer your question of withdrawing the EB3 application, I believe you will have to upgrade your application to EB2 or file a new I485 for EB2 if the PD is current. Again, check with your lawyer as always.

Just to share some updates here, after sending RFE on September 29, 2021 I recently got this - As of November 4, 2021, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
I'm on EB3, dates current (Mongolia), the field office in Atlanta. Hopefully the interview won't take too long to wait

My case is like yours with EB3 downgrade with PD Dec 2013. Trying to expedite my I-140 EB3 downgrade but got rejected recently.
But our EAD and AP got approved. I reached out to my congressman's office and they helped us expedite it and got approved in a week after expedite request accepted. You can try reaching out to your congressman.

Did you file the Mandamus petition to expedite the processing of GC EAD / AP? Nebraska Service Center received my EB3 downgrade documents on Oct 30, 2020 and the current processing at NSC is Dec 31, 2020. Any one else in the same boat as mine waiting for the GC EAD / AP processing for EB3 downgrade? Any one with similar timelines received an update on their case for GC EAD / AP would like to share the information?
