December 2020 I-485 filers may join

Thanks. I believe the case is reassigned to the same service centre where the I140 is. I am trying to understand if in these cases will they process the I-485 at the same time the I140 is picked up for processing, if the PD is current. My case is with Nebraska Service center but there hasn't been any update. It's been 7 months since I filed.

Thanks for the input Shiva. The point I should add is that my I-140 has been approved in March/21. Any thoughts about it?

wow which filed office is yours or which state is your case being processed?

San Francisco, California. I chatted with a representative online a couple of times and all they can provide is a link to the USCIS processing time. I need to work soon to keep my sanity.

also did you’re 765 and 131 get approved same time . My case status doesn’t show 131 approved but that 765 is approved and card is being produced

Mine got approved same time...I think yours might just take some time

On Saturday my online account updated to show an RFE was sent. Fingers crossed that it's for the medical and things move quickly after I respond.

• 12/3/2020: I-131, I-485 and I-765 Received by USCIS
• 2/22/2021: I-131, I-485 and I-765 Receipt notice
• 5/11/2021: Fingerprints were taken
• 8/4/2021: I-485J Fee Waived Notice
• 8/20/2021: EAD Card being produced
• 8/24/2021: I-485 Card being produced, AP/EAD Approval
• 8/25/2021: I-485 Approval, I-485J Approval

Waiting for the actual cards to arrive

Together with the I-485, I also applied for I-765 (Employment Authorization) and I-131 (Travel Document). Yesterday my I-765 was updated to Card being Produced but there was no update on my I-131 since December. Would I receive a combo card or just the EAD card? I am seeing in your updates that both EAD and Travel Document are approved at the same time.

Most times the I-131 updates 1-2 days later and people receive combo cards.
