Thanks. I believe the case is reassigned to the same service centre where the I140 is. I am trying to understand if in these cases will they process the I-485 at the same time the I140 is picked up for processing, if the PD is current. My case is with Nebraska Service center but there hasn't been any update. It's been 7 months since I filed.
Thanks for the input Shiva. The point I should add is that my I-140 has been approved in March/21. Any thoughts about it?

I do not have any update on my "I-765 Application for Employment Authorization" nor my "I-131 Application for Travel Document". I do hope to get the EAD soon so I could start looking for work.

My case was transferred from National Benefits Center to Texas Service Center. Donno why as I just saw Texas Service Center has the longest waiting list.
I Filed my I-140 on March 19 with an RFE answered on March 2020. Jus lt saw that it was on Texas Service Center by this time. And when I filed 485 went to National Benefits Center and went to Texas again.

Our cases (family) are in Texas Service Center, my EAD renewal was sent 7 months ago and my 180-day extension will expire in 40 days, no EAD yet.
Our PD became current in October 2020, I expected to get the GC by December 2020 at the latest. In February 2021 they sent us an RFE for medical (more than 4 months before the 2-year expiration of the first one, saying that they expired already), the response of an inquiry said that our cases are with the adjudicating officer and will hear something in 60 days, it is already more than 60 days.
I don't know if they have too much work or if they are seeing something wrong with our case. Getting more stressed every day.

Can you please share information on where your I-140 is being processed and if your I-485 was transferred to the same location? I am trying to ascertain if there is any link between the application transferring to a different location and getting updates.
Also, can you please share when your I-140 was filed? It would really help me get some additional details.

Has anyone has success in getting movement on their case based on "Receipt Date Case inquiry" process ( ***not expedite***) if your case has gone outside the upper limit of the processing time window.
Thanks!
