Hi, I have received RFE that is asking me for

    1. I-693 Medicals - Me and my derivative - This is again easy and I can produce that
    2. Current employment proof -
Current Employment Letter/Offer from your petitioning employer on the employer’s letterhead, signed and dated by an official. The letter must describe your specific job duties in detail, salary, date hired, wage, if temporary or permanent, full time or part time, length of employment, and likelihood of continued employment.

Point 2 confuses me - do i need to submit my offer letter when I joined the company and appraisal/increment letters I received over last 3 years ? Or do i need to have a new offer letter created by my HR because they are asking likelihood of continued employment. AM not sure, why they even ask likelihood of continued employment because I already filed I-485J

    3. Paystubs, W2 and 1040 forms - this is easy, I could produce all of them

Please let me know if others have received similar RFE and what has your experience been

I am Dec 30,2020 filer and under EB-1 category

    Fingerprints taken: March 17th 2021

    I140: approved March 29th

Today, July 8th: new card is being produced (from my I765)

So I don’t know if I’ll receive the GC directly or first receive the EAD (also filed for I131) and later the Green Card.

Please share your thoughts and experiences from another fellows here.

Many thanks and God bless you
Interesting to see your case was transferred to a different location. I have a similar case on hand where my application was transferred to the same location where my I-140 is but haven't heard any updates for almost 2 months.

Can you please share information on where your I-140 is being processed and if your I-485 was transferred to the same location? I am trying to ascertain if there is any link between the application transferring to a different location and getting updates.

Also, can you please share when your I-140 was filed? It would really help me get some additional details.

i suggest you message Emma, USCIS virtual assistant and inquire about you case. Just type: “speak with an agent” and you will be connected to an agent. You will be asked to provide your I-485 receipt number. Good luck

No, but according to the USCIS processing time for I-485 in San Francisco, it will take 13.5-27.5 months from the time of application. I hope it will be sooner.

Thanks! No, not yet. this is supposibly the last wait for an appointment and depends on your FO.
Can't really do much from here anyways, other than what I have been doing so far; waiting
