Got my bio done last week. Today reached out to an agent via Emma. They said my EAD is awaiting decision while AOS is waiting for interview to be scheduled. Status online just says bio done, so not sure if that information is true or just a regular response.

Hey congratulations!!! If you have to mail them your medicals it means that your interview might be waived and you are closer to getting your GC!

Concurrent filing for I-1485, I-765, I-131 and downgrade from EB2 to EB3 I-140. USCIS received all the documentation on Nov 2nd 2020 but I am yet to see any update to the case. I-485 says FIngerprint fee received on Feb 10th 2021 and rest of the cases are in Case was received status. Haven't received any biometric request or anything. Are others in the same boat? Filed in Texas

I just realized that August Visa bullettin made my PD current. I don't have I-140 approved yet. Do I need to do something? Does it makes sense to pay extra for Premium processing for I-140 at this stage, in case dates retrogress?

Is your case EB1 or EB2? Normally the trend is to receive medical RFE or GC (if medical already submitted)within 8-10 weeks of this notice depending on category.
