Is your case EB1 or EB2? Normally the trend is to receive medical RFE or GC (if medical already submitted)within 8-10 weeks of this notice depending on category.

You would most likely get medical RFE in next 4-5 weeks, and high chance that you would get decision by Sep. All the best!

Almost everyone who were eligible to file for their AOS would have done so in Oct. So I am assuming there won't be as many in Nov pool unless they had either missed the boat in October or have filed in FB quota or from countries which are current.

Well, the views & response difference between Oct & Nov kind of indicate that most EB based were filed in Oct. Though I am in EB category & filed in Nov.

I am not sure how good is the Lawfully app, but I am seeing a lot of cases are getting closed every week on EB, and some positive movement for Oct/Nov cases for EB.

Good news! In another forum I just noticed someone who has filed early Nov , and EB1-c got his green card. He filed his medical together with his application.

Got an update notification email from USCIS this morning. Got really excited as I thought it must be RFE for medicals. But it was an update for EAD. So sort of disappointed. Don't really care much for an EAD right now - not looking for an immediate job change.

My timeline so far (Seattle, EB-3):


Nov 2020 - filed I-485
Jun 2020 - biometrics and RFE for medical
Aug 2020 - second RFE for medical (this time from Seattle office), just sent out in the mail

this week no major movement for Nov filers GC. I have just noticed only one case EB1c filed early Nov that got through.
