Hello!
I am from Austria and have married a US citizen in Oct. 2011.
We have filed I130, I131, I485, I693 (along with med. exam.) and I765 together and added a check for 1.070 USD (985 for I485`+85 for biometrics).
We received everything back, stating that we had added the wrong amount.
Do I understand correctly that I130 requires a separate paycheck, amount 420USD?
Is the other check of 1.070 okay? I131 and I765 should be included in this....
So is it right that I have to add two checks, one for 1070 and one for 420?
