My wife & I were married for 3 years (since may 2002). She got her marriage-based greencard in July 2004, last month she ran off to live with her american boyfriend. She was having an affair with him since July 2005. I believe she was just waiting to get her green card and after she got it she was looking for an opportunity to run away, which she found now. I have filed for divorce and wanted to know if there was a way to cancel her GC as I feel her intent to marry me was to just get her GC.

This may sound a bit desparate but I just wanna get my ex-wife in trouble as she ran off with a GORA looser...
She hasn't filed AR-11 yet for change of address (because she doesn't know one needs to file one as I have done everything for her), so can I report that to BCIS and get her in trouble as I have heared that BCIS can fine and may deport if AR-11 is not filed.

No Way!!
Sorry to hear your story brother, but if you ever get anywhere with the AR-11 thing, the USCIS should then start proceedings against over half of the green card holder population who don't ever file a change of address. In my opinion, nothing you can do at this point other than learn the lesson and choose better next time you marry. Good Luck!

Also....
Plus if she happens to be the 1st and only person "convicted" of such violation, it's only a misdemeanor, NOT a crime of violence or moral turpitude, therefore, not enough to initiate removal proceedings. Her green card is bullet-proof unless she comits a felony crime. Sorry, POW, forget about her and move on with your life.
