Hello,
I recently had my wallet stolen which had my permanent residence card in it. I made a police report and wanted to file a I-90 form online to receive a replacement card. I am in the middle of becoming a US Citizen, as I had my finger prints taken already and I am waiting to hear back for my interview appointment.
How long will the resident replacement card take to get to me and will it be mailed or do I have to go to the Immigration office? What are the processing fees? I am a resident of San Francisco CA. Thank you for your time,
