I am a Canadian citizen, married to an American citizen. The green card I have (since 1982) is still in good condition, but my photograph is obviously very dated. It was suggested by an immigration officer when I last came back from Canada to the US, that I should consider replacing this card, with one that had a current photo. Would you please tell me if its possible (and recommended) to do this and how much it would cost?
