drivers license

hi immi..maybe not the right forum to ask this question but maybe u can help...
i just got my green card and wondering where and how to start to get my drivers license..i am from Russia and in Russia i never had drivers license ..in fact i never even tried to drive a car....so what is the first step ...where can i read about it..
