In my state (WA), we can renew driver's licenses online because they still don't want people coming in the licensing office, how's it with yours? I paid online for the license renewal and in a week the new driver's license was in the mail. Regarding you over payment authorization to USCIS I am not sure its going to derail processing, as it is obviously the wrong amount, but, its an amount not less than what is required to process your paperwork, so maybe the guys doing the payment processing at USCIS will just charge your card the correct amount instead.

    Cheers

Thanks for responding you have definitely helped me feel more relaxed. I will check what the renewal process is like in Georgia. If I do not see a response within a week I will email the lockbox facility in Arizona.

      thanks again.

uSCIS might reject your application for incorrect amount. It should be exactly as what it should be.

          Good morning JULY 751 filers,

It's day 21 for us not receiving any confirmation from USCIS about I-751 package delivered to them on 07/20/21 @ Phoenix AZ lockbox.

Not an email. Not a text.

Any one still waiting as well? How long has it been for you?

This is like waiting for EAC all over again.

          Thanks for writing back.

          Cheers

gaps0214 i am sorry you are going through this. Did u try tracking the money order or check? That might be a good way to know if they have looked into your case at all. I was SRC (Texas office) and my confirmation didn’t take long. I hope you hear back soon

thank you for responding to my post, we sent in a Cashier's Check with the US Department of Homeland Security as payee, also indicating in the check memo that it was for the I-751 Application, the Cashier's Check shows me and my spouse's names as the originating bank account, we thought that was a nice touch to boost the joint filing.

we envy your ROC timeline, we can only hope that we receive some word about ours soon.

                thanks again, cheers,

Just updating the thread for July filers.

Today we sent a follow-up on the status of our I-751 by email to [email protected] as recommended by their automated voice assistant Emma. We tried to file an e-request first but that one requires you to have a Receipt Number (I-797 reference).

We pasted in the body of our email the USPS informed delivery confirmation that the document package was received by Phoenix, AZ lockbox with a name of a person who signed for it.

We are hoping that we will get some form of assistance from that email, and we will update in this thread as soon as we get any.

Any one in the same boat? Not having an I-797 on the 751 up to this point?

We'd love to read from you.

                  Cheers...

UPDATE: We thought of inquiring from our bank if the Cashier's Check we sent with the I-751 has been liquidated by DHS, and surprisingly it has not, its been a month now. Considering that we have not received any notice of receipt either, this makes us think that they must be really under-staffed.

SoleilDeMinuit thank you for replying to my post

In this thread I see that the originator demodemo also has LIN as processing center for their 751.

I hope you both come back to write an update on your 751 when you hear again from USCIS.

                                Thank you.
