Has anyone applied at the end of May 2017 and has not received EAD/AP ETC?

I have applied for EAD/Advance parole on May 17th, Notice of action on May 23rd. I have not received anything so far and I'm supposed to fly back to France for a wedding next thursday.. I'm wondering if the new decision about daca is not impacting us since the delay has never been that long. They decided to cancel all advance parole based on daca as of september 5th, so I'm was thinking maybe they just stopped processing all of them until the decision and maybe now are going to restart slowly by sorting the cases... That is really unfortunate for us though.

DACA should not affect us, people that received their notices around May 17-20 are getting approved now. The delay has been like this for a couple months now. If you are not a Dreamer they will keep processing yours, if you are a dreamer they will put your files in a shelf and do nothing with them. So basically, they are taking people off the list, not putting more.

No updates yet on EAD/AP....Not sure what is the backlog going on in Texas service centre!

Hopefully the October Visa bulletin will release in couple of days will show us some light.

BIO : JUNE 19TH
READY FOR INTERVIEW :JUNE 29TH
1ST SR : AUG 8TH ( NO REPLY)
2ND SR : AUG 31ST ( GOT AN EMAIL THE NEXT THAT MY CASE IS CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW)
3RD SR ON PHONE : SEP 1ST ( GOT THE SAME REPLY)
AND FINALLY TODAY ( NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED)
