Waiting, waiting, waiting...anyone else?

Our Priority Date is 3/13/2018.

The AP/EAD arrived on 10/4. We are now waiting on the social security card. Hopefully, this takes weeks and not months to arrive. Does anyone know how long this takes? This process is painfully slow.

Applied at SS Office on a Friday and received the new card the following Saturday. They say 5 to 10 working days.

Got it!

We now have the EAD/AP/SSN. It took from the time I dropped off the I-485 on 3/10 at FedEx until today, 10/24. The process was painfully slow and required large amounts of patience, but it's worth it in the end.

07/03 application received
08/01 biometrics appointment
08/02 biometrics received
08/08 status: Ready to schedule interview
...
.. Status hasn't changed yet for both applications.

i filed same time as you, end of june for aos and my package was sent to nbc.
Receipts 1st week of july
biometrics done july 30
and just crickets after that !
