Birth certificate - need help

I had recently applied my BC (late registration) and got it after several months of processing with some differences compared to passport.



BC has the following

Place of birth - xxxx hospital, yyyy locality, hyderabad
Address at time of birth - zzzz-1 locality (but this locality has 2 different names zzzz-1 and zzzz-2 which are completely different names)



passport has the following
Place of birth - zzzz-2 locality (no city mentioned)


I have following questions

firstly...place of birth in BC is hospital while PP it is locality name...

secondly....even if we compare the Address at time of birth in BC with PP, still the locality name is different


will this BC be OK or what changes are recommended...please advise
