Hello Anyone:
My wife was born in Meerut City, UP and presently residing in baroda, guj. She does not have her BCerts bec. she was not issued one, but has her baptismal cert and School Leaving cert. However Mumbai is asking for a "Statement from the Covil registrar's office" stating that they do not issue BC, notorized...can anyone tell me if they got this statement for their interviews and if they did please advise me how to get one besides having to travel to meerut city.....
