Green card for spouse of green card holder - waiting time

The boy is in USA, having green card.
If he gets married to Indian girl, and applies for GC, how long will it normally take before she gets it ?

If a US citizen gets married to a non US citizen (i.e. a citizen of India in your case) then you will be filing a family based immigrant visa. The links you are refer to are non immigrant visas.

Having said that, you will need to file form I-130 asked Petition for Alien relative. An alien is the same as a green card holder.
