Thanks for the info dsz. Did they also ask for a new Affidavit of Support ? Who sent you the email notification? NVC or US embassy ?

Your mother should write NVC requesting for a correction of the DOB of all your family members with incorrect DOB, including yours, and enclose a copy of the BC of these family members. Do it ASAP so your name can be included in the correct checklist.

Hey mtouch, thanks for replying. My mother will write to the NVC but sheis worried that my whole family might not get the greencard because of me.As I am getting benefit by getting the dates fixed. So she wants me to make sure that if there will be no problem then she is ready to write to NVC.thanks

Each person will be assessed individually and will not affect the other. Just do it.

They haven't ask for new Affidavit of Support.

Hi mtouch I have a question about the police clearance certificate when we finally get invited for interview. Am I correct in thinking we only have to produce a new police certificate for the country we are currently living in? I mean we shouldn't need to re-apply for certificate (already submitted) from countries we have lived in and never been back since?

I had stayed in India and Currently I' m in UAE. I ' m taking both PCC again . As NVC has mentioned that PCC older than one year is not valid. To be on the safer side, we are taking both again.

Note: UK police certificates are valid for one (1) year only. All other foreign police certificates are valid indefinitely, unless the applicant has traveled to the country in the last year. Bearing in mind this information, applicants must ensure that a valid police certificate is presented at the time of their appointment.

Yehey ! I got my interview schedule today via email. Interview date is on July 18, 2013. VB is also out and F3 current PD is Oct. 1, 2002. Finally it moved by 1 month.
