Just wait for the IV fee to turn up, and when it does, pay the IV fee immediately.. after a day or two, the IV fee status would be "PAID", so u can already download DS-230,prepare all required documents, and mail it.. there's no need for u to wait for their notice. that's what the NVC instructed us to do when we called them after our IV fee status is "paid"..Originally posted by sa23 View PostComment

On our case, we submitted the AOS papers first before the IV fee turned up.. NVC received our AOS oct.25..IV fee turned up oct.28..we paid it the next day which is friday, and it was shown as paid last monday, nov.1..we submitted our DS230 and other documents yesterday, nov.3.. it's still in transit as of this moment..Originally posted by sa23 View PostComment

Anyways I read somewhere about finding out how many times your file has been "touched" at the USCIS (or was that at the NVC?). So I wanted to know how you can find out about it. Call the USCIS? which service center did you file? if you case has been touched.that's good news.

You have to wait until your I-130 gets approved. Once it is approved, they will send you the notice and then they will contact you with all the steps that are next.Originally posted by rinitka View Post
