  • What my expiration date will be?

Hi, I came to the U.S. with Visa Waiver Program in July 20. I am filling out I-130 now but I have not filled the date of my expiration date. Do I have to write down the date that I can stay in U.S. legally? or should I write down N/A? Some people said I have to say N/A since I came here with VWP. It means I do not have visa so that I do not need to write the date that I am supposed to leave from the U.S. which is going to be in Oct. 18th.

One more question on question 22. I am living in MA now but idk what address I have to write down. Also, there are two blank for City/State and City/Country. Since I am already in the U.S., I only have to write in City/State, right? and what city and state should I write? My city/MA? I will be really glad if I have any answers from you guys! Thanks for reading!!

On VWP you are allowed to stay 90 days in the US from the date of your arrival. So you need to write this date.

For Q22 - You are not eligible/allowed for Adjustment of Status on VWP unless you are married to a US Citizen. Other than this you will need to fill out which country would you like to do your consular processing. This will be your country of nationality/permanent residence.

    Good luck.

      thanks!

Thanks for letting me know. About the city and country, I am married to my husband who is a U.S. citizen. So, what city and country should I write down?

For City and Country - write the place where you currently reside in the USA. Country will be USA. Make sure that your student visa is still valid.

Also please read these instructions carefully - https://www.immihelp.com/family-base...on-procedures/

        Good luck.
