Parents green card - need help

Hello All,
Can somebody please help me with my parents green card process?,

I have a question & can't find the exact answer / process on Immihelp website.

I'm a US Citizen. I have filed I-130 for my mom & dad who are residing out of US (in India), their I-130 is approved on Oct-31st. I have not yet gotten file number from NVC.
But my question is...what are the next steps with consular processing ?, how much is the fee?, what kind of forms do I need to fill up & that my parents need to fill up?
I'm going through Immihelp website for the info, but they have not given it in detail & simple steps. I'm getting confused with the fee & the next set of forms that I need to fill up & also that my parents need to fill up in the Consular processing.

Would appreciate your suggestions.

Just to clarify, you filed two I-130's, one for mom and one for dad? Right?

Thats correct Joe, Both of them have been approved as of Oct-31st. Im waiting for receipt from NVC & also visa number from NVC. But Im bit confused about the next steps with "Consular Processing".
On the Immihelp website, /usa-immigrant-visa-process/
it says that NVC will inform us about the visa number (since its parent's, its unlimited, so with in a month, I should get the visa number). "Then NVC will send the AOS fee bill to the petitioner". Then it directly jumps to "I-864 processing fee is paid"...there is no proper information on what stage this I-864 form should be filled up & when do we have to pay the fee?, what forms need to be filled up by my parents? etc...

Can you please help?
