  • Employer not sharing I-140 case receipt #

    Guys,

I know my employer has filed I-140 (I paid the expenses for it) 2 months ago. I have been asking (requesting!!) for I-140 receipt # , they are not sharing it with me.

Is there anyway to figure out the receipt Number. Based on my locality, they would have likely filed at Texas center and I know the approx date of filing.

The reason I am asking is, They did not share the labor case as well. I was able to find out the case # in DOL website based on the date of filing and employer name. I wonder if there is any way to find out the I-140 case number.

    Thanks for the interest!

I am also in same boat. My employer is saying that they have filed my I-140 but not providing any tracking no.How do I make sure that they have indeed filed my I-140.Since I have paid the attorney fees I think I am entitled to receive this information from my attorney but attorney is not even responding to my emails or phone calls.
