Dear Sir/Madam,
Upon trying to exit Bermuda recently after a 5 day stay i presented my Non-Immigration Visa Waiver form to enter the USA(in transit to Jamaica).The American Airlines employee informed me that i need to register online and directed me to the available computer terminals.I quickly filled out the required forms online and was given a number to use for future travel.Unfortunately,despite repeated warnings from the kindly employee,I mislaid the number at the airport(I was in a rush after having to fill out the forms,no excuse!).
Could you please let me know how i may recover this "number"?
