I got an information that PCC validation is increased from one year to 2 years by Mumbai Consulate. I do not know weather it is true or not. Please inform if some one got authentication of this news

Per this, the validity of the PCC has indeed been made 2 years.

Taking a VAC appointment is complex for a person doing it for the first time . My Parents are very old and i have to immediately fly back to India to take them from Delhi to Mumbai. How do you take the VAC appointment ? Is the process documented somewhere .

What Visa Category should be selected if NVC already have set the IV appointment .

Please select a visa category that applies to you.

All Immigrant or Diversity Visas or Embassy/Consulate Appointments or IV Expedite Cases

My DQ is 31st August,2020 . I have not not got any interview email? Some from 31 st August already got interview. Does email come from NVC? If i did not get email then what should i do ?

My parents DQ is April 14 2021.

I have the following questions .

I had submitted their marriage affidavit. Is a copy of that is required in the Mumbai interview or do I need to get one more done before interview.

Also is there a chennai center for medical test ?https: //www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en/immigrant-visa is listing only Mumbai and Delhi .

Should I schedule an interview appointment if I have an interview date ?

I scheduled the VAC appointment for Delhi on 27 Feb. I hope that's ok to do VAC interview in Delhi and Consular appointment in Mumbai .

The website keeps on complaining about the invalid DS-160 confirmation number for the DS-260 Confirmation No for the additional applicant ( my mother ). I had to remove the prior added additional applicant and add her again manually.

I am Documentarily qualified on 29th March 2021 while my wife on 25th Sep 2021. I am not sure if I have to do anything in order to ensure that we both get the interview the same time. I saw in this forum some one mentioning that one of the spouse is added as additional applicant to the other spouse’s case.

People upto dq 16 sep 2020 received their interview letter. So wait for one more day and if you not receive any letter call them on tuesday.
