I want to draw your attention to the above case/petition and also to inform you that my designated attorney will no longer represent me as I intend to handle the processing by myself.
Let me apologize for the delay in coordinating payment of the Immigrant Visa Application processing fee(s) and the Affidavit of Support (AOS) fee. This was due to financial debility; under gesture of my wife's education ( LVN).I do not want to emphasis on these added poignancies; both deaths of my father and my mother, because there is no death certificate for a backup due to leaving in the ghetto.
Sir, I hereby wish to re-open the case as I intend to meet all necessary obligations required to enable my son joining me in the United States.
Kindly update me with the procedures and bill due so we can get approval forthwith.
