BLS tracking through CKGS

When I had chatted with them earlier (when they had chat function!) they said that File number is the application no. starting with USAS. I was told that tomorrow (5/30) is the last day for BLS to handover all the documents to CKGS. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

It is unbelievably pathetic situation. my OCI pending at BLS since March, and Visa pending at CKGS since 5/23 absolutely no tracking (because their site is down). Have a India trip coming up in Jun 13th..

hey spam, how did you get your renunciation certificate for the visa application. I am assuming you applied for renunciation with your OCI.

My OCI+Renunciation application is in limbo and I am thinking of applying for a visa now so I can travel to India, but I don't know how to get my renunciation certificate. My Indian passport is with the originally sent OCI+Renunciation package as well.

What the fcuk does "Ready for handover" applications mean anyway. Is it too much to ask them to put that little detail on their website.

I applied for my OCI through BLS in mid-April. My application status does not show up in the Cox & Kings tracking website.

I am seriously ashamed of being from a country that cannot even do simple things right. I feel for all American Tourists/Businessmen who have to go through this torture to get a visa to India.

No wonder even a puny country like Singapore gets more tourism dollars than India.

I don't have a file number beginning with USAS..... But I have a file acknowledge number beginning with
USANM and a web file number beginning with USANK

Which one is the right number to use?

Has anyone who applied for OCI with BLS have success tracking their application on the CKGS site? It requires a file number, but I'm not sure what this is. I used to track with order form number on the BLS site. I tried entering all the different numbers but all come up with 'No records Found.' Any help tracking the application would be appreciated.

Not able to track aplication submitted via BLS

I have submitted tourist application along with renunciation on april 2014. BLS has cashed my checks but I have not gotten my passport. CKGS is very prompt in replying to my emails but it is of no help. Their tracking system says no record found. I am unable to call their customer service. This new agency seems to be just like BLS.
My husband has also applied for tourist visa. He got his passport back without any visa or explanation minus the check.
The indian govt does not seem to want tourist to visit india as they seem to be giving contract to such lousy companies.

Just got a reply from CKGS addressed to the wrong name with a canned response that did not address my issue at all... Not a good sign

One more update : I called their phone number and a recorded message said that Handover is still under process for San Francisco and they will have an update by the end of the day.

I received my OCI application back with my old passport for BLS. The only thing is missing from the return mail is my money order!!!

The reason for mailing back is application was due to "missing copy of US passport" which is not true.

They did not forget to cash my money order. They included two receipts for OCI and renunciation. I am not sure how I am going to get my money back.

The receipts states that I don't get refund back

I called Cox & Kings Global Services ( another garbage c0ck sucking king's company with a new website). They would not pickup the phone.. I was on hold for 2+ hours. I was no longer able to handle the b1tch's voice message every 10 seconds.

Any one out there - let me know I can mail the application with the old receipts .. or if I need to cough up $500 to redo my application.

I applied for OCI renewal for my kids thru BLS at the beginning of March. No updates from BLS nor CGISFO. CKGS have no clue whatsoever.

Since my trip is coming up in June, I did not want to wait for the OCI. Hence I applied for Visa on May 21st. CKGS is not able to confirm that they have my paperwork. Their CSRs say that their system is down & ask me to call back the next day. It is been 6 business days since they started their business & pathetically, their system is still not up & running.

CGI is not responding to my emails nor calls.

This is more than frustrating.

GOT my PIO

Is there any escalation point...its like we are stuck...BLS site have no tracking option and CKGS tracking is not generating any result.....THis is ridiculous

After dozens of emails and two visit to NY, finally i got my kid's Passport and PIO.

I dont know if this will help but folks who got their app back without money, pls send query to [email protected]. Email is the only possible communication ...it is pathetic but its true...

If someone have any contact with any Lawyer, please sue these blood suckers....when I went to NY there were many folks with same situation .

WHEN I RECEIVED PASSPORT WITH PIO, THERE WAS ONE RECEIPT ATTACHED, AND TO MY SURPRISE IT HAD RECEIPT NUMBER STARTING WITH USAN **** INSTEAD OF PION*** AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TRACK THE APPLICATION USING PION*** RECEIPT NUMBER BECAUSE THAT IS ONLY NUMBER THEY GAVE WHENI SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION. IT SEEMS WHEN BLS SUBMITS PIO APP TO CONSULATE, ID CHANGES AND THAT NEEDS TO TRACK APP IN CKGS. However as you dont have that number how will u track that....really bad..

Got another response. So far at least they seem to be very prompt in their responses to email. Probably overwhelmed with the volume of issues caused by BLS incompetence.

I'm facing a slightly different issue. BLS has returned back the whole PIO package minus the cashier's check which they already cashed and have not provided any reason for the return of the package. I'm trying to track & see if they mentioned any reason there. But Not able to track it - say's 'No records found' no matter what. I'm stuck with no further information. I have just sent them an email & hoping to hear from them.

Any help is appreciated.

I am in the same boat. BLS or CKGS returned my package with no returned cashier's check and no information. I sent multiple emails and waiting for their response.

I have tried different numbers and unable to pull up any records.

I sent them an email at [email protected] and received a generic email back.

I tried calling their Toll free number but unable to reach customer service rep. has anyone been able to reach customer service?

How to track OCI existing applications submitted to BLS
