I am facing the same issue on this website. Tried different browsers/ devices still no luck.

I also have another problem on CKGS website. Though i am providing the reference number, PP number and DOB it still comes back saying invalid entries. I paid fee and all and these issues are making me nervous.

I also paid all the fee and i am also concerned about it. For your other issue, how are you trying to login? You have to click on "My account" and then fill all entries. If it is still not working then contact CKGS through their contact section.

I spoke to CKGS on friday. They are of no help, they said talk to your consulate its not something we can help with. I dropped email to consulate too, but no response.

I dropped an email stating the issue to both these ID's, I was told they will respond in 24 hrs (working days).

Update :: Spoke to an consulate officer thru emergency line, he has intimated Delhi regarding the issue. Lets hope for this to be fixed ASAP.

I got the shipment labels and they gave it with a date. Yet i am unable to ship the application because of NRI passport application.

Let me know if you guys got any resolution.

Indian passport nri site is down & download forms

I thought of downloading change of appearance and other forms at the end of filling application. But Now after logging into my account I dont see the option to download these forms.
Any directions to get these forms

I used the same address in both the places.

Hey, the guidelines said that we need to use different address on this field. I was going to re-submit my application due to this. Are you sure we can use same address for both?

passport renewal - online application form

Hi,

I have submitted the online application for passport. I have completed all the steps and also got the shipping label. In the documents checklist one of the requirement is to submit online passport application form and Nationality verification form. For some reason I don't have this online passport application form. I do have nationality verification form.. Can somebody tell me how to retrieve this online application form?

Also the fedex shipping label has date on it, would it be fine if I ship the documents one day later than the mentioned date or do I have to submit on the same day?

Kindly advice on this. Thanks you in advance..
