I am student of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.I have been issued passport on 21st August 2007. However the Pasport does not have a ECNR stamp, nor does it have anything mentioning about ECNR/ECR. Does that mean by default I have been given ECNR status? or do i have to get it stamped ECNR. In next month I have to attend a conference in LONDON. So do i require ECNR for that?
