Damaged passport

Good Morning Sir,

My passport first page(photograph page) lamination came out,my company travel desk went to singapore consulate for singapore visa for me,they rejected.how Can I repaired my passport.Right now i am in ship,i will be available from july 7th,can i get new or can i repaired passport on 14th july.please consider the matter.
