Hi,
I am Pranavi Bukka, I have 2 yrs old son who went to India in Nov 2007 with my inlaws. We took visiting visa for him and we want him to stay for some more days there. It will be 6 months by May 2008.
Can he stay there more than 6 months? If so is there any formality that needs to be done for this extension in India.
Please help me in this.
