PIO vs. OCI again.......

Sorry if this has been answered before. I have looked at this link: /compare-oci-card-with-pio-card/ but still not sure what the answer is based on various other threads that I read.

Question: We reside in USA. Both me and my wife are India Citizens and US Green Card holders. Our daughter was born here. So what is my daugther eligible for: PIO or OCI and why?

Only PIO. No OCI.

For daughter's OCI, at least one parent has to be U.S. citizen (or non-Indian citizen to be precise).
