OCI online application for five people of a family

We are five people in family. Me+wife+3 children. Noticed that online OCI application has the provision only for four people (husband+wife+2 children)

Do I need to make a separate application for my third child? This is ridiculous.
Any experiences of making two applications?

You are right. You need to make second application for third child.
