Transferring OCI visa to new passport

Dear Sir

I have the OCI Visas, but my British Passport expired and i have renewed
my passport now.

I would like to transfer my OCI onto my new passport. Where do i di this
and also is there a fee for this. How long will this take as i am thinking
of going to India within next 2 months.
