Hi,

I would really appreciate if u can answer the below questions,I am US citizen(just got citizenship but from India origin):

1. Can I apply for OCI from US and leave for India on Visitor Visa(or any other kind of VISA)?

2.If yes,do I have to come back to complete any process?

3. What if I don't apply for OCI and leave the country on Visitor Visa and do not plan to come to USA for few years?

4. What's the process of applying OCI from India if I am on visitor Visa?
