PIO Vs OCI

Hi,

In your site /compare-oci-card-with-pio-card/
it says "Foriegn born children of Indian Parents" are not eligible for OCI card.

We are Indians and we got US citizenship a year ago and now we are US citizens. Can we apply for OCI for our kids, who are born in US and already have PIO card.

This is little confusing to us.
