PIO Card Questions-For Son 2months old

Hi,

I wanted to apply for PIO card for my baby(Born in US 2 months ago) from Alabama state. My state fall in "Consulate Of India,Houston TX"

I gone thru your website regarding PIO details,
New

But I still have few questions in my mind because everybody says different
on forum,

1. My question is do I need to send original US passport of my baby(same for
me and my wife's indian passport)? Or just notarized copy is enough?

2. Can I send Fee($185) and Mail back charges($20) in one cashier check? Or
you think I should send two separate check?

3. Just copy of Utility bill is enough or I need to send Lease agreement
also? I can not send my driving license copy because it has old address.

4. Which address I need to send all this documents?

Please help me to find this answers so that I can start PIO application
process.

Hi,

I have copy of Utility bill(PDF Format), Energy bill(PDF Format), Lease
Agreement(Copy as original documents are with my society community manager).

Is that okay if I just send all above documents to Indian embassy without
notarized? The reason I'm asking is because I do not have original of any of
the above document.

You need to get original documents and notarize the copies.
